Judge Christopher Kerry Lui received his A.B. in political science from University of California, Berkeley in 1992 and his J.D. cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1997. After graduation from law school, he worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian in the Central District of California and passed the California bar in 1997. He joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP in 1998. In 2005 he became an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Central District of California. In 2011 he joined Crowell & Moring LLP as a partner. In 2014 he joined Browne George Ross LLP as of counsel. He was appointed to the bench in 2014 by Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr.
