The Court advances the hearing date on Plaintiffs’ Motions for an Order Deeming RFAs Admitted to 10/14/24.

On 6/26/24, Plaintiff Tony Lee served Defendants Safae and Herrera with Requests for Admission (Set Two), Special Interrogatories (Set Two), and Requests for Production of Documents (Set Two). To date, Defendants have failed to serve responses. Nor have they filed oppositions to the motions to compel. The Court grants the motions. Defendants shall serve verified written responses, with no objections, to the RFPs and Special Interrogatories and produce documents by 5 p.m. on 10/28/24. The RFAs are deemed admitted. The Court awards sanctions of $710 per motion, for a total of $4,260 for the six motions. The sanctions shall be jointly and severally paid by Defendants and their attorney to Plaintiff’s counsel by 10/28/24.
