The default judgment package is denied, for the following reasons:

1.      Plaintiff fails to include a proposed form of judgment as required by California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1800 (a)(6). Plaintiff should use the JUD-100 form.

2.      There is no declaration supporting the judgment, and the documents submitted are not authenticated by a qualified witness.  See Cal. Rules of Court Rule 3.1800 (a)(2).

3.      Plaintiff fails to include interest calculations. See Cal. Rules of Court Rule 3.1800 (a)(3).

The Court will continue the OSC re DJ to allow Plaintiff an opportunity to re-submit an updated judgment package that fixes these issues.
