Decision

            The motion is GRANTED. The Plaintiffs are ORDERED to sit for their depositions on or before 5 pm on September 1. Counsel are ORDERED to communicate by phone on or before 5 pm August 8 to schedule the depositions.

            The parties do not disagree that Plaintiffs need to sit for their deposition. They only disagree about when, and whose fault it is that the depositions haven’t happened yet. The important thing is that the depositions happen. Counsel must work that out on their own.
