On 2/9/23, Counsel filed the instant motions to be relieved as counsel of record for Defendants. On 4/27 and 4/28, the Court continued the hearing pending Counsel’s service of the motion and accompanying papers on his clients. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.)

 

On 5/1/23, Counsel filed proofs of service by mail with the Court, showing that Defendants were served with the instant motion, declaration, and proposed order by overnight mail on the same date.

 

Accordingly, Counsel’s motions to be relieved as counsel for defendants Victor Marquez and David Marquez are granted.
