Case Number: 22STCV07217 Hearing Date: August 22, 2024 Dept: F51
Here, Defendants assert that they served Plaintiffs with amended discovery responses on 6/17/24, with verifications served on 7/9/24. (Decl. of James W. Irey ¶¶ 3–4.) The Court notes that although Plaintiffs have taken the hearings for two of the three subject discovery motions off-calendar, the hearing on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Defendants’ Further Responses to Requests for Production, Set One, remains on calendar. Defendants’ counsel declares that “despite repeated attempts by me to meet and confer with Plaintiffs’ counsel regarding the withdrawal of the motions to compel, Plaintiffs have failed to meet and confer with AHM as ordered by the Court” on 7/30/24. (Irey Decl. ¶ 6.) Plaintiffs have failed to file any reply argument explaining why the remaining motion is still on calendar. Accordingly, the motion is off-calendar as moot.
