The applicant declares under penalty of perjury that he is
not a resident of the State of California, regularly employed in the State, or regularly
engaged in substantial business, professional, or other activities in the State.

The proof
of service attached to the application states that on 12/14/23, Plaintiff electronically
served the application on all other parties who have appeared in the matter. Plaintiff’s
counsel also declares that the application was also mailed to the State Bar of
California at its San Francisco office. (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 9.40(c)(1); Kobylinski
Decl. ¶ 6.)
Based on the foregoing, Counsel has satisfied all the requirements to
be appear pro hac vice in this matter, and the motion is therefore
granted.
CONCLUSION
The motion is granted.
