RELIEF REQUESTED: Orders compelling Defendant’s further responses to the following discovery requests:

·         Plaintiff’s Form Interrogatories, Set One, Nos. 1.1, 3.1–3.7, 12.1–12.7, 13.1–13.2, 14.1–14.2, 15.1, 17.1, and 50.1–50.6;

·         Plaintiff’s Special Interrogatories, Set One, Nos. 1–27, 29–31, 40–44, and 49;

·         Plaintiff’s Requests for Admission (“RFAs”), Set One, Nos. 1–35; and

·         Plaintiff’s Requests for Production of Documents (“RFPs”), Set One, Nos. 141 and 44–46.

Plaintiff also seeks monetary sanctions in the total amount of $11,780.00 to be imposed against Defendant and its counsel.

 

TENTATIVE RULING: The motions are continued to 07/09/2025. The parties’ counsel are ordered to meet and further confer either telephonically or in-person within 60 days, to resolve and/or narrow all outstanding discovery issues. Plaintiffs’ counsel is to file a declaration with the Court which confirms compliance with this order, or explains why no meaningful meet and confer occurred. The issue of monetary sanctions is deferred.
