TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the petition by Petitioner Erika Jimenez (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimant Crystal Paulina Torres, age 17. The Court denies the petition without prejudice.

Petitioner lists different settlement amounts in the petition. In item 10a, the gross amount to Claimant is $120,000, while in item 16a, the gross amount is $60,000. Item 10 should only include the amount offered to the minor Claimant. Item 11 should only include information about people other than the Claimant.

Item 17c should only include information about payments in addition to what is requested in the Petition.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
