TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the petition filed on January 18, 2024 by Petitioner Jon’te Guidry (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimant Josiah Yvonn Guidry, age 17. The Court GRANTS the petition.

Petitioner has cured the defects identified in the previous petition. (Min. Order, 1/3/24.)

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
