TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the revised Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Minor, Zakai Calloway. The Court approves the petition.

The Court finds that Petitioner has cured the defects identified by the Court in its August 22, 2023 Minute Order. Additionally, Counsel for Claimant requests attorney fees for 25% of the settlement, which equals $9,250. The Court finds this amount reasonable. As a result, the Petition is approved.

Petitioner shall give notice and file a proof of service of such.
