TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the expedited petition filed May 13, 2024 by Petitioner Alejandra Leslie Gonzalez (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimant Julian Moreno, age 10. The Court GRANTS the petition.

Petitioner has cured the defects identified in the previous petition. (Min. Order, 4/29/24.)

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
