TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the petition filed on December 5, 2023, by Petitioner Yanqing Li (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimant Huitong Wu, age 13. The Court GRANTS the petition.

Petitioner has cured the defects identified in the previous petition. (Min. Order, 11/6/23.)

Moving party is ordered to give notice and file a proof of service of such.
