TENTATIVE RULING  

The Court has reviewed the Amended Petition to Approve Minor’s Compromise of David Estir Gael, age 12, (“Claimant”) filed by Jonathan David Gael (“Petitioner”). The Court GRANTS the petition. 

Petitioner has corrected the defects identified in the previous Petition. (See Min. Order, 8/21/23.) Therefore, the petition is granted.

Petitioner shall provide notice of the Court’s orders and file proof of service regarding the same.
