TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the revised Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Minor, Michael Tucker, age 9, filed on February 28, 2024. The Court GRANTS the petition.

Petitioner has corrected the defects identified in the previous petition. (See Min. Order, 2/21/24.)

Petitioner shall give notice and file a proof of service of such.
