TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the petition by Petitioner Beatriz Viridiana Perez-Palencia (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimant Alexander Aquiles Zuniga Perez, age 8. The Court does not approve and DENIES the petition based on the following reasons:
