The Court has reviewed the
Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Minor, Austin Villatoro, age 11, filed on October 18,
2024. The Court conditionally grants the petition.
Petitioner has addressed the defects identified in the
previous petition. (Min. Order, 9/11/24.)
However, in the proposed order (MC-351), item 8a(5)
should be $250 and the correct courthouse address should be included in the
first page.
Petitioner must file within 5 days a corrected proposed
order (MC-351).
Accordingly, the Court conditionally grants the petition
pending filing of the corrected proposed order.
Petitioner shall give notice and file a
proof of service of such.
