TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the expedited petitions filed June 7, 2024 by Petitioner Anna Irmelynn Alvarado (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimants Alivia Alvarado, age 8 and Anthony Alvarado, age 10. The Court grants the petitions.
