TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the expedited petition filed March 14, 2024 by Petitioner Julie Lavelle (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimant Abigail Lavelle, age 13. The Court GRANTS the petition.

Petitioner has corrected the defects identified in the previous petition. (See Min. Order, 2/23/24.)

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
