TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has reviewed the petition for approval of compromise for a minor, filed October 7, 2024 by Petitioner Kimberly Underwood (Petitioner) on behalf of Claimant London Wilson, age 13. The Court grants the petition.

As an initial matter, Petitioner has now filed a regular petition to approve a minors’ compromise.

Petitioner has cured the defects identified in the previous petition. (Min. Order, 9/12/24.)

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
