Attorney Ernest J. Franceschi, Jr. of Franceschi Law Corporation moves to be relieved as counsel for: (1) plaintiff/cross-defendant Dan Wolfe and cross-defendants (2) Hawthorne Hangar Operations, L.P., (3) Wolfe Air Aviation, Ltd., and (4) Fleet Unlimited, Inc.  Franceschi’s motions meet all requirements under California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.
