Mahoney Law Group APC’s Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff Johnny Watson

Attorneys Katherine J. Odenbreit and Kevin Mahoney of Mahoney Law Group APC move to be relieved as counsel for plaintiff Johnny Watson.  The motion meets all requirements under California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362. 

Plaintiff’s counsel’s motion to be relieved as counsel is granted.  The court will sign the proposed order on Judicial Council form MC-053.  The order will be effective upon filing proof of service of the signed order on plaintiff Johnny Watson.
