Plaintiff Mikel Rastegar moves for summary judgment on his complaint against defendants Mark Blankenship and Jennifer Harper. 

Plaintiff did not file proof of service of this motion.  “Notice of the motion and supporting papers shall be served on all other parties to the action at least 75 days before the time appointed for hearing.”  (CCP § 437c(a)(2).)  No proof of service is included in the single 39-page document plaintiff filed in support of this motion.  Plaintiff did not file a separate proof of service. 

The motion is denied.
