Tentative Ruling

            Order to Show Cause Re: Request for Entry of Default and Default Judgment

Plaintiff Korea Trade Insurance Corporation, which will do business in California as K-Sure, a Korea corporation dba K-Trade fka Korea Export Insurance Corporation, requests court judgment by default against defendant Triplex Textile Inc.

Plaintiff’s application meets all requirements for default judgment. 

Plaintiff’s request for default judgment is granted.  The court will sign the proposed judgment plaintiff submitted on form JUD-100.

The court hereby discharges the Order to Show Cause Re: Why plaintiff Korea Trade Insurance Corporation should not pay $100 in sanctions under rule 3.110(h).
