Plaintiff Pacific Laundry Services, LLC’s Notice of Related Case

Plaintiff Pacific Laundry Services, LLC seeks to relate this case to Patriot Linen Services, LLC v. Pacific Laundry Services, LLC, et al., No. 22STCV30895. 

Though both cases involve the same parties, they are based on different claims and arise from distinct transactions and events.  This case arises from an alleged contract under which defendant Mehrdad Golshani dba Taft Linen Services agreed to pay Pacific Laundry Services, LLC for laundry services.  The new case arises from an alleged contract under which Pacific Laundry Services, LLC agreed to sell its assets, including a truck and linens, to Patriot Linen Services, LLC.  These two separate contracts have different subjects.  They do not overlap.  Having different judges hear these cases is not likely to require substantial duplication of judicial resources.

The court finds the cases are not related.
