            Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, National Association requests court judgment by default against defendants Schumacher Management, Inc., fdba Mark Schumacher Management and Mark Schumacher aka Mark M. Schumacher aka Mark William Schumacher.

            Plaintiff’s application meets all requirements.  Plaintiff explains why the original loan agreement is not available.  Under California Rules of Court, rule 3.1806 and Local Rule 3.204, the court hereby orders that it will accept a copy of the parties’ business loan agreement instead of the original writing. 

Plaintiff’s request for default judgment is granted.  The court will sign the proposed judgment plaintiff submitted.
