Attorneys Mia Farber and Stephanie Y. Yun of Jackson Lewis P.C. move to be relieved as counsel for defendant SBE Restaurant Group, LLC in three related cases: (1) Kevionn Ruffin v. SBE Restaurant Group, LLC, No. 22STCV28627; (2) Shervonn Jackson v. SBE Restaurant Group, LLC, No. 22STCV28641; and (3) Kelyaan Jackson v. SBE Restaurant Group, LLC, No. 22STCV28784.

Each motion meets all requirements under California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.

Jackson Lewis P.C.’s three motions to be relieved as counsel are granted.  The court will sign the proposed orders submitted on form MC-053.  The orders will be effective upon filing proof of service of the signed orders on defendant SBE Restaurant Group, LLC.
