Bibiyan Law Group PC’s Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff Mikias Alemu

Attorney Sarah H. Cohen of Bibiyan Law Group PC moves to be relieved as counsel for plaintiff Mikias Alemu. 

The motion to be relieved as counsel is granted.  The court will issue an order granting this motion on Judicial Council form MC-053.  Plaintiff’s counsel submitted an incomplete proposed order on form MC-053.  Only the caption and § 1 are complete.  Plaintiff’s counsel Sarah H. Cohen is ordered to submit a complete proposed order forthwith.  The order will be effective upon filing proof of service of the signed order on plaintiff Mikias Alemu.
