Hackler Flynn & Associates, APC’s Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Defendant

Elizabeth Ernster of Hacker Flynn & Associates, APC moves to be relieved as counsel for defendant C&M Trucking Services, LLC.  The motion meets all requirements under California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362. 

The court notes, however, that counsel’s proposed order on this motion does not include all scheduled hearing dates.  After defendant’s counsel filed this motion, plaintiff filed three motions to compel discovery responses.  Section 8 of the order must notify defendant of the hearing dates. 

Hacker Flynn & Associates, APC’s motion to be relieved as counsel for defendant is granted. 

The court hereby continues the hearing on plaintiff Jose Pineda’s motion to compel discovery from May 20, 2024, to May 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

Hacker Flynn & Associates, APC shall forthwith submit an amended proposed order on Judicial Council form MC-053 that lists the May 24 hearings on plaintiff’s three motions to compel discovery.  The amended order will be effective upon filing proof of service of the signed order on defendant C&M Trucking Services, LLC.
