Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to Take Punitive Damage Discovery

Plaintiffs Dwayne P. Henry and Brandy L. Lakis move for leave to take discovery about defendant James Takis’s financial condition under Civil Code section 3295, subdivision (c). 

Plaintiffs have not shown valid proof of service of this motion on defendants.  The proof of service states plaintiffs’ counsel served the papers on defendants only by email to “service@nrsaunsteinpc.com.”  That is the wrong email address.  The papers from defendants’ counsel, Braunstein & Braunstein, P.C., state their email address for service is “service@braunsteinpc.com.”
