Order to Show Cause Re: Entry of Default Judgment

Plaintiff MA Laboratories, Inc. requests court judgment by default against defendant Topix Group US Corporation, a Wyoming corporation.  Plaintiff’s request meets all requirements for entry of default judgment.  The court will enter default judgment of $104,525.11 against defendant Topix Group US Corporation.

Plaintiff MA Laboratories, Inc.’s request for default judgment is granted.  The court will sign the proposed judgment plaintiff submitted on form JUD-100.
