Guillermo Cabrera of The Cabrera Firm, APC moves to be relieved as counsel for defendants Speedy Weedy Vista, LLC, Speedy Weedy Santa Ana, LLC, and Welcome The Healing Touch, LLC.  The motions meet all requirements under California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.

The Cabrera Firm, APC’s motions to be relieved as counsel for defendants are granted.  The court will sign the proposed orders on Judicial Council form MC-053.  The orders will be effective upon filing proof of service of (1) the signed orders granting leave to withdraw, (2) notice of the trial and final status conference dates, and (3) the trial preparation order on defendants Speedy Weedy Vista, LLC, Speedy Weedy Santa Ana, LLC, and Welcome The Healing Touch, LLC.
