Plaintiff Arabo Deravanesian’s Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint

Plaintiff Arabo Deravanesian moves for leave to file a first amended complaint.  Moving papers must be served (Code Civ. Proc., § 1005) on all parties who have appeared in the action (Code Civ. Proc., § 1014).  Plaintiff did not file proof of service of this motion on defendant General Motors, LLC.  The court therefore will deny the motion.
