On August 5, 2022, Plaintiff, Desiree Acosta (“Plaintiff”) filed this motion to continue the hearing date on defendants Joseph Krikorian’s, Arpi Krikorian’s, and The Krikorian Family Trust's (collectively, the “Krikorian Defendants”) motion for summary judgment, which was then scheduled to be heard on September 12, 2022.  The Krikorian Defendants have filed a Notice of Taking their Motion for Summary Judgment Off Calendar, and thus, their motion for summary judgment is no longer set for hearing. 

Therefore, Plaintiff’s motion is taken off calendar as moot.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
