On November 4, 2022, Defendant Mollie Quintana (“Defendant”) filed the instant motion for summary judgment against Plaintiff Rodney Jordan’s complaint.  On November 16, 2022, Defendant’s motion for terminating sanctions against Plaintiff was granted, and Plaintiff’s action against Defendant was ordered dismissed.  (Min. Order, Nov. 16, 2022.)  Defendant filed and served notice of the ruling on her motion for terminating sanctions on November 17, 2022.  On December 12, 2022, Defendant filed a proposed judgment of dismissal.  Nothing further concerning this motion has been filed.  In light of the order dismissing Plaintiff’s complaint against Defendant, Defendant’s motion for summary judgment is taken off calendar as moot.  Moving counsel is reminded to promptly take matters off calendar when they become moot. 

Defendant is ordered to give notice.
