Plaintiff Mister Pukka’s attorney of record, Samuel Dordulian (“Counsel”), filed the instant motion to be relieved as counsel on November 3, 2022, which contains a noticed hearing date of November 30, 2022.  The Court’s records, however, show the hearing was rescheduled to December 8, 2022.  However, to date, no notice of the December 8, 2022 hearing with proof of service on Plaintiff and Defendant has been filed.  The Court wishes to ensure that Plaintiff and Defendant have proper notice of the hearing.  Therefore, the hearing will be continued.  Plaintiff’s Counsel is ordered to serve and file proof of service of the continued hearing date.  Failure to do so will result in the Court taking the hearing off calendar.   

The motion to be relieved as counsel is continued to ________________ at 1:30 p.m. in this Department. 

Counsel is ordered to give notice.
