Plaintiff Remedios Meraz moves for an order directing that the summons and complaint be served on defendant Yu Cao by publication.
Applications to serve a defendant by publication must be filed in Room 118 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. The Court therefore takes the motion off calendar at this time.
