Defendant Universal Protection Service LP dba Allied Universal Security Services set this motion to compel a mental examination of Plaintiff for hearing for August 19, 2022.  However, on July 28, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement of Entire Case providing that an unconditional settlement has been reached and a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days of the settlement.  No party has filed anything additional relating to the motion.  The court presumes the motion is moot and not going forward.  The court thus will take the motion off-calendar.

Moving Defendant is ordered to give notice.
