Defendant UKA's Big Saver Foods, Inc. dba Big Saver Foods (“Defendant”) filed this motion to continue the previous trial date of August 15, 2022, to October 14, 2022, or a date thereafter.  On July 18, 2022, Defendant’s ex parte application to continue trial pursuant to stipulation was granted, and the trial date was continued to October 18, 2022. 

Therefore, the motion to continue trial is moot and taken off-calendar.  The court asks counsel to promptly take all matters off-calendar when they become moot.

Defendant is ordered to give notice.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
