Defendant Neutron Holdings, Inc. dba Lime filed this motion to continue the previous trial date to June 2023.  On October 31, 2022, the Court signed and filed the parties’ stipulation to continue the trial date and set trial for June 28, 2023. 

            Therefore, the motion to continue trial is moot and taken off-calendar.  The Court asks counsel to promptly take all matters off-calendar when they become moot.  

Defendant is ordered to give notice.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
