Defendant KSM Healthcare, Inc., dba Dreier’s Nursing Care Center’s (“Defendant”) set this motion for summary judgment for hearing on August 15, 2022. On August 5, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Request for Dismissal requesting to dismiss the entire action with prejudice. No party has filed anything additional relating to the motion.
