Co-Plaintiff Sheila Keller’s (“Plaintiff”) attorney of record, Robert B. Gibson, Esq. (“Counsel”), filed a motion seeking to be relieved as counsel contending that fundamental differences have arisen between Plaintiff and Counsel regarding the evaluation and management of the case that are impossible to resolve.  Counsel declares it served the moving papers on Plaintiff via mail at Plaintiff’s last known address.  Counsel has filed proof of service on Plaintiff and on Defendant. 

On September 20, 2022, a Substitution of Attorney was filed, indicating that Mr. Gibson is no longer representing Plaintiff in this action.  Thus, it appears that this motion has become moot.

Counsel is ordered to give notice.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
