On the Court’s own motion, Defendant Finchey Corporation of California dba Pacific BMW’s motion for summary judgment set for hearing on January 19, 2023, is continued to February 8, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in this Department.  If the above date is not convenient for the parties, moving defendant must use the Court’s online reservation system to promptly continue the hearing to the next available hearing date. 

            Moving Defendant is ordered to give notice.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
