[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT OFF CALENDAR

On September 9, 2022, Defendants Glendora Village Collection Community Corporation and Cardinal Real Estate Group Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) filed the instant motion to set aside the default entered against Defendants by the Court Clerk.  Thereafter, the parties filed a joint stipulation to set aside entry of default, which the Court signed and filed on November 17, 2022.  The stipulation provided that the default entered against Defendants was to be set aside and Defendants were to file their answer within 15 days.  Defendants have answered the complaint. 

 

No party has filed anything additional relating to the motion.  The Court presumes the motion is moot and not going forward.  The Court thus will take the motion set aside off-calendar.  Moving counsel is reminded to promptly take matters off calendar when they become moot. 

 

Defendants are ordered to give notice.
