SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

Defendant Moss Management Services, Inc. dba Moss & Company (“Defendant”), erroneously sued as Moss & Company and Moss & Company Property Management, filed this motion for summary judgment on May 11, 2022, setting it for hearing on August 3, 2022.  On July 26, 2022, Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Settlement providing that the entire case has been settled and that a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days.  No party has filed anything additional relating to the motion.  The court presumes the motion is moot and not going forward.  The court thus will take the motion for summary judgment off-calendar.

Moving Defendant is ordered to give notice.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
