Defendant/Cross-Complainant Apex Mechanical Services, Inc. moves for an order to serve Cross-Defendant Roessler Design Group by service on the Secretary of State of California. 

Applications, Orders, and supporting papers for an application to serve a defendant by serving the Secretary of State should be filed with the Clerk’s office in Room 118 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.  The Court therefore takes the motion off calendar at this time.   

Moving Defendant is ordered to give notice.
