[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING MTCF OFF CALENDAR

Dept. 31

1:30 p.m.

September 1, 2022

Defendant Justin Yen-Ting Lin (“Defendant”) filed the instant motions to compel further responses to form interrogatories, set one, and special interrogatories, set one, on December 23, 2021.  The parties participated in an Informal Discovery Conference (“IDC”) on July 25, 2022, concerning the subject discovery issues.  After discussion with the parties at the IDC, Plaintiff was to provide any psychological records for the past seven years within two weeks.  (Min. Order, July 25, 2022.)  A joint statement regarding any further remaining issues was to be filed nine court days before the hearing on the motions, which would have been August 19, 2022.

Following the IDC, no joint statement has been filed, nor has any party filed anything additional relating to the motions to compel further.  The Court presumes all issues remain resolved and there is nothing going forward at this time.  The Court asks Counsel to ensure matters are promptly taken off calendar using the CRS online reservation system when they become moot.

Defendant is ordered to give notice.
