Defendant the Republic (“Defendant”) propounded request for admissions (“RFAs”), set one, on Plaintiff Alexis Gonzalez on November 18, 2022. To date, Plaintiff has not served responses. Defendant therefore seeks an order deeming the RFAs admitted.

Defendant’s motion to deem RFAs, set one, admitted is unopposed and granted. (CCP §2033.280(b).) No sanctions are requested, and none are awarded.

Moving Defendant is ordered to give notice.
