Defendant Los Angeles Unified School District (“LAUSD”) filed this demurrer to the complaint on August 22, 2022.  Following the filing of the demurrer, Plaintiff filed a Request for Dismissal dismissing LAUSD from the complaint with prejudice. 

            Therefore, the demurrer is moot and taken off-calendar.  

Defendant is ordered to give notice.
