Defendant Ford Motor Company (“Defendant”), through the instant motion to continue trial, seeks to continue the previous trial date of October 7, 2022.  On August 26, 2022, the Court signed a Stipulation to Continue Trial and continued the October 7, 2022 trial date to November 17, 2022. 

To date, no party has filed anything further pertaining to the motion to continue trial.  Therefore, the Court presumes the motion is moot and takes it off calendar.  The Court asks counsel to promptly take all matters off-calendar when they become moot.

Defendant is ordered to give notice.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
